Ema Naito

Senior Instructor & Administrative Assistant

Ema has known Madoka since the inception of her piano program, over 30 years ago.

She started piano lessons at the age of three, and completed RCM Grade 10 (Piano & Theory) by age fourteen. At fifteen, she started teaching private piano students with Madoka.

Ema holds a Biology degree from the University of Toronto; and is a graduate of the Claude Watson School for the Arts, where she majored in Visual Arts, and of the gifted academic program at Earl Haig.

Other musical instruments she has studied, include the violin, clarinet, and guitar.

Her understanding of DTTA’s piano methodology is ingrained in her own unique teaching style, which has made her one of our top piano instructors.
